Style: Milk Stout

Notes: The Cannoli Cowboy is a proud collaboration of rich history with Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop and 1623 Brewing Company. This stout is brewed with 400lbs of mashed in cannoli shells to create an easy drinking stout with the sweet flavors of natural vanilla and cinnamon.


Evil Genius "#SorryNotSorry” Peach IPA

Style: Peach IPA

ABV: 6.7%

Notes: A bold Peach IPA that said what it said. Evil Genius took a bright, full-bodied IPA, generously dry-hopped it with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Azacca, and then made it even more mouth-watering by adding natural peach flavor. And girl, we are totes not sorry we did, girl.


HofbrΓ€u "Winter Spezial"

Style: Doppelbock

ABV: 8.4%

Notes: A Hofbrau brewery specialty brewed with roasted Munich malt, therefore appearing dark brown up to black in color. The flavor is rich with malt with notes of toasted grain and decadent chocolate. A true Bavarian winter delight.

Notes: An explosive, hoppy double IPA with piney, resiny bursts from the spruce and pops of wintergreen, mango, grapefruit, and pine-like notes from the hops. The last thing this beer wants is to be a hero, but it doesn't have a choice.

1623 "Cosmic Colada"

Style: Hazy IPA

ABV: 7%

Notes: You never have to let go of that summer feeling. Cosmic Colada combines Vic-Secret, Bru-1 and Sabro to deliver all the tropical feels. Big notes of pineapple lead the way with subtle hints of stone fruit and coconut. It's a cosmic island of flavor.


Bell's "Bright White Ale"

Style: Witbier

ABV: 5%

Notes: An alternative to dark and heavy winter warmers and stouts. Bright White is a stylish and refreshing wheat ale. Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast strain, a blend of barley and wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices.


Boulevard "Magic Drip"

Style: Barrel-Aged Wheated Imperial Stout w/ Colombian Coffee

ABV: 13.5%

Notes: Boulevard recently discovered a recipe for Maple Bourbon Baklava, and after countless attempts at buttering phyllo, they decided to scrap the pastry and make it a beer instead. Big maple and bourbon aroma support the rich powerhouse combination of pecan, whiskey, and sweet honey malt flavors. All of the sensory experience of decadent baklava, minus the sticky fingers.

Notes: A complex Belgian ale that kisses Santa Claus. Evil Genius' holiday saison is brewed with rose hips, chamomile, black currants, and dark candi syrup. Complex and intriguing, this Belgian-style is the one who broke dad's leg lamp.


Flying Dog "Operation Breakfast All-You-Can-Eat Coffee Vanilla Stout"

Style: Imperial Stout

ABV: 9.1%

Notes: Flying Dog gave themselves a singular mission - brew a stout with all the roasted malt flavor you expect from a waffle maker, plus the huge coffee and vanilla flavor of a cafΓ© latte. Well, mission accomplished. 


Flying Dog "Triple Dog Triple IPA"

Style: Belgian-Style Blonde Ale

Notes: Tidings is a strong, spicy Belgian-style blonde ale brewed with local wildflower honey and 100% Virginia grown wheat. These local ingredients store away the essence of summer to warm you during the cold winter months. This festive ale is gently spiced with coriander, cardamom, fresh ginger, and Grains of Paradise. Tidings balances complexity with drinkability.

Notes: Tinted ruby-black, Cherry Stout gains its signature tartness from 100% Montmorency cherries grown in Michigan's Traverse City region. Rather than doubling up on sweetness, this tart cherry varietal serves as a counterpoint to the warm, dark chocolate notes from the malt bill. Lightly hopped for balance, this stout is one of the cornerstones of Bell's stout portfolio.

Bell's "Mars Double IPA"

Style: Imperial IPA

Notes: Released initially in August, 2014 as the first beer in the Bell's Planet Series, Mars (The Bringer of War) is a double IPA with a complex hop character and a malty backbone. Notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine, lemon, lime and pineapple are all present in both aroma and flavor. Hopped at a ratio of about 3.4 pounds of hops per barrel, the recipe for Mars was developed from a trial batch called Larry's Latest Double IPA brewed in their original brewery located adjacent to the Eccentric CafΓ© in downtown Kalamazoo.

Stone "Xocoveza Tres Leches"

Style: Imperial Stout

ABV: 8.5%

Notes: Stone Xocoveza Tres Leches combines the inspiration of Oaxacan Hot Chocolate and Tres Leches treats in an imperial stout that's smooth, creamy and intensely indulgent. Made from all that's good about the holidays, Stone Xocoveza is brewed with chocolate, coffee, Pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. At the pop of the can, the aoma is intense - cinnamon and spice up front with lingering coffee, caramel and sweet vanilla. It is a lively blend of flavor. Sweet spices are balanced with rich and creamy chocolate. Mild roast coffee flavor shines through and vanilla enhances the intense combination. Pasilla peppers impart a light hint of heat in the finale. With all that complexity, the beer is surprisingly bright on the palate, with just a touch of the residual sweetness that all the decadent flavors imply. Like a slice of Grandma's tres leches cake and a sip of Oaxacan Hot Chocolate, the result is creamy, intensely flavorful and silky smooth.
